We do not offer refunds/ exchanges due to sanitary purposes unless the item you purchased is defective. All sales are final If you received a defective item(s), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. You can contact us via Instagram or at  hello@iahbeauty.com you must provide photos of your item(s). If you fail  to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item, we will not be able to offer an exchange nor store credit.
