Shipping policy

Please allow 1-5 business days for us to process your order. Once your item(s) has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking details. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. If the contents of your shipment arrive damaged please contact us at hello@iahbeauty.com 

 Once your order has shipped, please be advised due to COVID-19 there may be delays in the receipt of your order. Kindly continue to monitor the progress of your shipment on the shipper's website with the tracking number provided.

If you select pickup at checkout you have 5 business days to collect your shipment. Unless provided an extension by an employee. If you do not collect your package within 5 business days your order will be canceled. There are no refunds, nor store credit if you fail to collect your package.
